    Human connection is so incredibly important, whether it is crafting the perfect networking e-mail (a la Sara McCord) or building beauty based on ideas and relationships (per Tim Leberecht).
    Our customers are human, no matter if they interact with us via phone, video chat or e-mail; they are still human and awareness of how to build a relationship with them is key to entrepreneurial success.
